</aside>

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager for software products
• Demonstrated track record of product execution and impactful feature delivery with the ability to lead and influence teams
• Clear written and verbal communicator. You clearly communicate product strategy and requirements into specs and documentation. You can have conversations about features, blockers, and tradeoffs with people at all levels and departments within the organization
• Experience working directly with user research to define qualitative explorations and distill & integrate user feedback. You are also experienced working with quantitative data and colleagues
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for emerging technology, ideally Web3 technologies too
• Comfortable and confident in a remote work setting, in a very startup-like setting
• Blockchain/crypto experience is a plus, but not a requirement
