Partnering is key for the success of the Coop where partnering is defined broadly as relationship management with existing and new methodologists, branding partners, protocols, distribution channels etc. We are very poor at partnering which has led to a lot of burnt confidence and productivity. We should create a Partnering Nest to handle relationships across all functional areas. The intention is not to be a gatekeeper or shortcut other relationships but rather to make IC the leader in partner management.
