Vision Statement
The BD pod serves the broader Index Coop community by helping nests and pods achieve their goals by leveraging the BD Pod’s network & relationships within DeFi.
Primary Objective
The DeFi Business Development Pod aims to grow awareness and increase accessibility for IC products by listing those products on Defi Protocols, wallet providers, L2 scaling solutions, and L1 side chains, while also increasing the TVL of our products held in DAO treasuries.
Core Principles
- Cross-pod/nest collaboration - Aims to encourage core BD contributors to have a form of evolvement in all functional areas of the DAO in order to gain insights, understand problems & provide alternative perspectives.
- Targeted-Execution - aims to develop relationships and partnerships that will directly impact Growths Nest targets.
